fingerprint card service process

1. Valid Identification Required

The process begins with verification of your government-issued photo identification. We are required to physically inspect and handle your ID. Digital images, photographs, or copies of identification documents cannot be accepted.

2. Bring Any Available Documentation

Please bring any documents related to your fingerprinting request, such as emails, application instructions, forms, letters, or printed materials. These documents help ensure your fingerprint card is completed accurately and according to the requesting agency's requirements.

3. Digital Fingerprinting

Once your identification has been verified and your documents have been reviewed, we will capture your fingerprints electronically using a digital fingerprint scanner. Your fingerprint images are then printed directly onto the fingerprint card.

This digital-to-card process is fully accepted by the FBI and produces clear, high-quality fingerprint impressions.

4. Completion of the Fingerprint Card

Using the information from your identification and supporting documents, we will complete the fingerprint card with your personal information. The card will then be signed and dated by both you and the fingerprint technician.

5. Review for Accuracy

Before the appointment is complete, you will have an opportunity to carefully review all information entered on the fingerprint card. This final review helps ensure accuracy and reduces the possibility of processing delays.

6. Ready for Mailing

After the review is complete, the technician will place your completed fingerprint card into a fingerprint card envelope and provide it to you for mailing to the requesting agency.

Our goal is to provide an accurate, professional, and hassle-free fingerprint card experience from start to finish.

Experienced professionals dedicated to your success.

Proven results that speak for themselves.
